The useful details
Pack for the setting,
not just the photograph.
Spain weather
Mild autumn days are likely, with cooler countryside evenings and some possibility of rain. Final guidance will follow 7–10 days before the date.
South Africa weather
Warm summer conditions, green landscapes and a real chance of an afternoon or evening storm.
Shoes
Block heels, smart flats, loafers or boots are safer than stilettos for gardens, lawns and uneven country surfaces.
Transport
Answer transport questions early. Pickup groups depend on where guests stay and the final number needing a seat.
Frequently asked
Before you message us…
We will keep expanding this section as plans are confirmed.
When should we book flights?
Once your attendance is confirmed, begin tracking routes and book when the itinerary and price feel right. Prefer flexible fares because regional schedules can change.
Will there be wedding-day transport?
We are planning route groups for Spain and South Africa. Final pickup locations depend on where guests stay, so please answer transport questions promptly.
Can children attend?
Please follow the invitation addressed to your household. Contact us directly if anything is unclear.
What should we wear?
Both weddings are polished but relaxed. Spain is elegant finca style; South Africa is smart country-summer style. Avoid shoes that struggle on grass or garden paths.
When will final timings be shared?
The core schedule is shown above. Exact transport, arrival and weather notes will be refreshed closer to each wedding week.
